Hi Mamas,
I have modified a non-dairy cheese sauce to make it a THM style sauce and wonder what you think of it? Can we pull it off as a FP?
1/2 c. nutritional yeast gluccie - as needed 2 T. baking blend 1 tsp. sea salt 2 c. just under boiling water 1 tsp. mustard
I simply whip it up in a bowl and serve over steamed veggies or use as a sauce in a crockpot meal.

Hello, mi amiga! Thanks for the kind words and quick reply. Yes, it has been a long time...life took me away for awhile, but I'm starting to feel more human these days. PTL! The recipe is surprisingly good...it fools those of us who are dairy sensitive, anyhow! Many blessings!!!
