Good morning Ladies! I have been tweaking recipes again. I believe that I have a S meal. What do you think? 2 quarts chicken stock 2 cans full fat coconut milk red pepper flakes salt and pepper garlic 1/2 pkg. (turkey) bacon, cooked and crumbled 5 cups kale 1 c. onion/celery/bell pepper mix 1 lb. (chicken) sausage 1 pkg. cauliflower I was thinking about blending up some okra and adding nutritional yeast - just for fun. Thank you for your input!
