My sister is starting the plan with me. She was wondering if bought sourdough hard pretzels are on plan. I thought they were not, but are they? Is it the ingredients or what is the reason they are not on plan. Thanx

To be on plan, sourdough items have to have whole grain flour as the first ingredient, and yeast can not be listed. Otherwise, the fermenting time is not long enough to make it be on plan.
