Bocha Sweet is a zero calorie sweetener that measures like sugar. but is not a sugar alchohol. My understanding is that it is just dried squash fiber. Is it on plan? That would be great if so, because it tastes pretty good to me.

Wow! I just took a look at this on the Bochasweet website. It sounds awesome. Same calorie free, low glycemic, non cavity causing benefits as xylitol and erythritol, but without the cooling effect or potential for digestive upset. It sounds like it can also boast of additional superfood nutrients that the others don't have. And of course it's all natural, being extracted from kabocha pumkins. Granted, it's expensive, but considering that my husband has ulcerative colitis and can only tolerate small quantities of xylitol or erythritol, it would be worth buying to me.
Thank you for sharing this queen!
