Using 2 Tbsp of oat flour does have more carbs, but it's still a very low amount, so it would be fine for an S helper. The waffle sounds delicious! It'd make a wonderful sweet breakfast.

Those look amazing. I am going to try it with my daughters hello kitty cupcake maker, the "forms" are very small, nothing like a cupcake shape, I think it might work! Very CREATIVE!

These sound wonderful! I'm going to try it with a waffle maker for now and keep my eye open for a donut maker at a thrift store!

I dont' have a donut maker, but could you make this in a waffle maker or like pancakes on a pan?

A waffle maker works great. And you can even make it into a big muffin/cake and pour the glaze on top.

Also... I didn't get the mini-donut maker so I tried this one in my waffle iron and used the glaze as syrup. Totally delicious! Man, this is a beautiful idea - everyone has a waffle maker! I know this post is way old, but I want to try the muffin in a bowl with my donut pan (for oven use). Will report back with results!
