Does anyone know if oopsie rolls would work with sour cream or pureed cottage cheese instead of cream cheese? I can't find a lick of cream cheese in this house, now that I finally have my xanthan gum!

OK I tried something weird and used sour cream but added xanthan gum to that too to thicken it. They LOOKED fabulous but were a bit wet inside, and no one really loved them... EXCEPT for my 9-mo-old baby! She grabbed one out of my hand and stuffed it in her mouth! I only hope xanthan gum is ok for babies...

I love the Oopsie Rolls..........I just made another batch last night and used one roll for an open-faced Crabby Patty with homemade tartar sauce on top. Delicious!!!!

Has anyone tried substituting xantham gum for gluccie or cream of tartar to keep the egg whites stiff?
