I'd like to have somewhere we can all post our workouts for the day. I love trading workouts with people and getting ideas from what they're doing!

I did Suzanne Bowen's Metabolism Bootcamp routine using light weights. It takes 12 minutes, always challenging but just when I can't bear to do a minute more, it's over - yay! I've been doing this one atleast twice a week for the last couple of years and I love it. I rotate in other DVD's too and some sprint walking/running. I only workout 4 days per week since it is not my thing.

8 min kettlebell interval training with the DVDs Serene recommends in the book (the Christian girl whos husband makes DVDs also, sorry for the lack of info, I'm in the car) with warm up and cool down. 10 min Tae Bo Express
I love the idea of posting here! It will make me think twice if I feel like skipping working out!

Oh yay! Good idea Danielle! We had been battling stomach flu, so I had missed several days But this morning I am back! I did two rounds from Kelly's Kettle bells on YouTube with a 10lb kettle bell. Then a few lunges and about 7 minutes of ab work.

question about kettle bells, is it ok to use if you have mild back issues? how do you not whack yourself in the head?, i watched a couple you tubes and thought i would hit myself in the face

I have seen fit people with back issues have trouble with using kettle bells. They tend to be a very core oriented workout. You don't whack yourself in the head because control is essential and key in the workout. You aren't swinging with your arms, but using your glutes and core.
I walked/ran for 30 minutes yesterday and today is the Bob Harper short workout on Pure Burn Superstrength dvd.

Storygirl- way to bounce back! Take care that you don't overdo it. Recovery is important. :-)
Shiree- the key to working out with weights - whether kettlebell or any other - without injuring yourself is good form. Check out YouTube videos explaining form. Crossfit is a personal favorite. Protect your back and strengthen those muscles so that you don't have to have back problems!!!

Btw, the kettlebell swing (the first move you need to learn with your KB) uses the same form as the deadlift for free weights.

Is that the Bob Harper leg workout Serene refers to in the book?

Today is Tuesday and it's just my 15 min t-tapp plus. I am not doing it to loose weight since it really hasn't worked for me but it makes me feel so good. I do pull-ups, dead lifts and pushups besides some stretches at the gym on M-W-F. I also get in some Red-light therapy and a chair message. I love Planet Fitness! Sometimes I walk outside or the mall depending on the weather. This is the best exercise in my opinion. I also hate exercising unless it's walking.
