I couldn't resist sharing a picture of the leftover Trim Healthy pancakes that my 13 year old "accented!" He chopped up apples with cinnamon and used pure maple syrup and butter on his. I of course had Greek yogurt and blueberries on mine.  Either way, I'm thrilled that my family is enjoying the meals we're creating and I'm loving how I'm feeling. Tonight, we're trying the Fooled Ya Pizza crust--I'm VERY curious! Thanks again, Serene and Pearl.

Oops! Sorry. I'm figuring out how to reduce the size of our pictures in our iPhoto, to post a smaller picture.
On another note, I made a dish last night that I think would fit well in the E category. When I have time later after school today, I'll try to post the recipe. My husband is from the Philippines and many of the dishes from our Filipino cookbook seem to work well within this plan.
