I make mine with as just the chocolate flavor and I am so impressed! I get 24oz of a think, rich, chocolate shake all for about 140 cals!!! So filling! Gotta try this one when you need a chocolate fix, ladies! Stephanie

Delish!!! I made a chocolate peanut butter one (with defatted peanut flour) and I sat on the couch drinking it trying to think through what I possibly could have done that would have screwed it up because it was so, so, so good that I couldn't imagine it was actually an FP. Amazing things those fat stipping frappas are!!

i know very little about defatted peanut flour, but love pb so i need to learn:) can i make it by grounding peanuts like u can almond flour?, and is there a big difference between reg or defatted flour? also what about using natural peanut with nothing added to it? thanks

Yes, one Tbs is still FP with the defatted peanut flour.

Grinding would just make natural peanut butter. The defatted has less calories so works for Fuel PUll meals with all the flavor.

I've just been using a heaping 1/2 Tbsp Cocoa and a heaping 1/2 Tbsp peanut flour.
