Not sure why the photo is upside down. Wasn't like that on my ipad when I downloaded it! Sorry!

That looks yum! I made that for Thanksgiving and put it in a pie plate. I drizzled skinny chocolate over the crust and froze it until it set. Then added the peanut butter filling and drizzled more skinny chocolate over the top. It was excellent.

2 questions: 1. What size pan is the recipe meant for? 2. Isn't the top a lot like cheesecake? Could I then make just the top of this recipe for a S dessert? I love the cream cheese and PB flour.

I put the above in an 8x8 pan. A pie pan would work fine as well I think. I do have to admit, the crust was really good with it!

I just made these and had them last night and I can see I will have to be very careful with them. They are VERY good! Oh, so good.

This recipe is almost exactly like my Mom's PB Pie recipe....except for the crust. It is really great! I added some cocoa powder to the crust when I made it give me a little chocolate flavor. These are great. I made mine in a 9x13 pan and cut it into 15 pieces...seemed like a good portion amount to me seeing as there is no serving amount given in the book.

Yes, this is a yummy heavy S dessert. Some Mamas may just have to eat it now and then rather than every night, but Wow, I love it too as does my husband. We do it once a month or so. If you are able to eat it and keep losing then feel free to keep indulging.

Did you really find that the crust of this recipe made a 9x13 pan? I tried to mush it into a 8x8 and had a hard time? Did I do something wrong? But yes at least once a month is a must. This is such a wonderful dessert.

Can someone tell me if the cream cheese in this recipe is the 8 oz packet or the little 1 oz packet?
