2Lbs dry pinto beans soaked over night, then cook on low 2 hrs. 3Lbs Lean turkey meat, cooked and crumbled 2 Green Bell peppers 5 Stalks Celery 2 Medium onions 2 C. Crushed Tomatoes 1 Small Can Tomato Paste 1 Jalapeno Pepper diced small 5 Cloves Garlic 1 Bunch Cilantro 2 TBSP Chili Powder 2 Tbsp Cumin Dash of Braggs Handful of Nutritional Yeast Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients with the softened beans, cook until the veggies are tender but not limp, enjoy with a little Mozz or Greek yogurt over the top!
