Sorry if I missed this info on the FaceBook page or in the book, but can you help me out here?
I know that THM recommends unsweetenened almond milk as a neutral drink that can be used for S, E, or FP. And I know that coconut milk can only be used for S. But I recently found Blue Diamond almond coconut milk - 45 calories, 3.5 grams of fat, and 1 carb per cup. I assume this would be good for S, but would it work for FP as well? It's really really good in the glucomannan puddings!
I'm not really clear on how to determine whether something can be an FP - what's the limit on fat/carbs/calories?

Yes, you can use Blue Diamond coconut milk. It is great. So since it is a little higher in fat and cals than the almond milk, just use it a little diluted for FP purposes. Use 3/4 cup milk to 1/4 cup water for FP.
