Breakfast: TH pancakes with SF syrup, stevia sweetened greek yogurt & fresh black berries
Lunch: Poached salmon with steamed broccoli
Snack: Fresh blueberries with Coconut whipped cream
Supper: Balsamic chicken with Creamless Creamy veggies (cauliflower) and brown rice

The balsamic chicken is one of my favorites. I hope you love it. The coconut whipped cream is S if I'm not mistaken. Are you planning an S snack or are you doing a full E day? Also, unless you have some sort of grain or sweet potato or something, your lunch looks like a good FP.

You're right, it is S, I forgot. I'll put a little almond milk & Truvia on them instead. Maybe I'll make up some quinoa to go with lunch. Thanks for the suggestions!
