I wanted to be sure before I go grocery shopping tomorrow that I have a good plan for my 1st week (will probably double to make it easy). That I am sticking to the One Week Cyle plan to a "T".
Deep S Days: Monday Br-Crepes w/ cinn & sugar Sn-Kale Chips L-3 eggs loaded w/ butter/coconut oil D-Poached Salmon w/ lettuce w/ ceasar approved dressing Sn-Pudding
Tuesday Br-Basic Whey Smoothie (NO berries) Sn-Cake in mug (? is this ok?) L-Eggs D-Harvest Bisque Soup Sn-Ice Cream
Wednesday Br-Crepes w/ cinn & sugar Sn-Kale chips L-Eggs D-Poached salmon & lettuce w/ Ceasar dressing
Pull The Fuel Thursday Br-Light Baked Custart Sn-Coffee Frappa (1/2 scoop protein powder) L-Joseph pita pizza D-Loaded Fotato Soup Sn-Muffin in Bowl
Friday Br-Cookie Bowl Oatmeal Sn-Cia Tapioca L-Gortons Tilapia & salad w/ wishbone dressing D- Konjac noodles & egg whites (Scrumptious Noodles) Sn-Frozen Yogurt
Refuel Saturday Br-Sweet Cinn Quinoa Sn-Apple & Nuts L-Pancakes (3) w/ yogurt/berries D-Egg whites & 1 piece Eziekel Bread Sn-Garbanzo beans
Sunday Br-Basic "cherry" whey smoothie Sn-Kale Chips L-2 pieces Ezekiel Bread, tuna w/ light mayo, cottage cheese & 2 carrot sticks D-Green Soup Sn-Ice Cream
How does that look? What do I need to fix? Where am I short something? Thanks can't wait to shop tomorrow and start Monday morning. (I am doing S & E right now but going to kick this body into high gear!) Misty

Hmm that sounded funny.. I meant I will do week 2 the same as week 1 hence double it instead of having to re-think it all. LOL

I am starting Monday! We have had long standing plans this weekend (before I knew about THM). Dh's birthday today, plans with both sets of parents and fun with the kids at Mall of America so Monday it is. I will stay on plan for most of it (meaning S,E,FP meals as usual during the weekend) but there are few exceptions.

Just reading in the book again about Uncle Fuel Pull. They recommend doing this after 3 months on S&E so I best wait as I'm not even 3 weeks into this

Ok so I am on day 3 of the cycle and besides the above meals I have been sipping on the Earth milk (which is good, but can't drink much at a time). Now today I have runny stools? Is this normal? Also, I feel warm.. like sweaty but I am not sick? It's like I am detoxing again. I am assuming this is also normal and hoping Pearl can answer these questions or someone who's gone through this also.

I'm on Day 1 of the Cycle and I'm freaking hungry! I've had like 3 whey smoothies and pretty substantial meals. Advice, please! Thanks

No bread at all on deep s days is correct. I never did have the cake in a mug. Muttley-Sorry you are so hungry. Couple thoughts - how long have you been doing THM? What type of things were you eating prior to starting? (just wondering if you were eating to big of portions, or a lot of s desserts) Is your day 1 a S meal day (assuming)? What did you eat today? I am not an expert by any means but I might have suggestions if I know what you ate. Stick with it, you will love the results.

No bread, no nuts, no greek yo. It is DEEP S. Meaning fats and meats, pretty much, and some greens. The first time I did the fuel cycle I had everything all planned and did the first week just S, then I reread the chapter because it had been awhile, and saw all the "Thou shalt not's". The next week was much harder. I love S, but struggle with deep S. This is my second week of my second fuel cycle and I planned better. Sipping a Frappe as I type. They say you can have cake in a mug, since there is no almond flour. Not sure if the muffin in a bowl is OK with the oat fiber.

Hi Misty- I am in the midst of "Deep S". Does anyone know if cake in a mug is okay? The more choices the better! My diet was decently healthy before (lots of greens, eggs, lean meat, etc. and I'm not really into sugar). My problem has always been the snacking! I'm so into tortilla chips with salsa or hummus and could eat that all the time. Thanks for any suggestions!

Cake in a mug should be fine, since it's pretty much just made of egg, fats, and cocoa powder.
