Our meals for the week. Kids eat oatmeal or 9 grain four days. I eat the tapioca or Cookie bowl oats those days. 2 days of omlettes for everyone and easy peasy muffins one morning.
Lunches: salad and salmon, fuel pull noodles (the one with sesame oil yum), fotato soup x 2, Joseph pita with meat, trim healthy pancakes x2.
Suppers: boneless wing with broccoli tossed with Parmesan, pearl's chili, hamburger night, green soup and sourdough for the kids, eggplant lasagna, chicken stir fry, and roast beef with gluc gravy and cauliflower mashed.
Desserts: tummy tuck ice cream with skinny chocolate, almond flour "sugar" cookies, and chocolate pudding.
Snacks:big boy smoothies and fat stripping frappas, muffins if hungry

Thank you for posting this! I'm printing out a few of these to use as sample menus for when I get too busy and don't have time to "think" about making up a menu. Now all I have to do is come up with the shopping menu! Awesome!

Looking over menu plans is so helpful for newbies like me. I feel like all I can think about right now is what to eat next LOL. Your plan looks great! Thanks for sharing.
