I was thinking this morning and wondering if those yummy peanut butter buckeyes would be possible THM style...seems like it. Is PB2 and okay pean. butter alternative?

We prefer people use Protein Plus Peanut flour. Pretty much the same thing as PB2 but without the sugar. We use it for a lot of purposes. It makes a great PB flavored pudding, you can bread chicken with it and even bake with it. But if you already have PB2, there's not a lot of sugar, so you could use it up before you order Protein Plus.

I've been wanting to try some THM style peanut butter buckeyes too. Let me know if you figure out a good way to do it! Or maybe I'll try it out myself sometime really soon... I would love some of those as a Christmas treat.

THANK YOU for the note on PB2..... and what about natural peanut butter that only has peanuts and salt in it? Kroger brand is great and I LOVE that my 13 yr old son actually prefers that to JIF.
