I hope this isn't a stupid question, but thought I had better ask.
I bought several of the "bare bones" list of recommended vitamins. I have a multi-vitamin I like called Special Two by NOW. I notice it has some of the bare-bones items already in it like Vit. C, D, and Magnesium. I know the book recommends a multi vitamin along with the bare bones list of vitamins. Wouldn't I get too much of the vitamins that are included in the multi if I am also taking them individually? Thanks!

Depends on how much is in the multivitamin. I know that a supermarket multi I used to get while pregnant had nowhere near as much packed into it as a prescription multi from my naturopath. They vary so much. You could find online the recommended daily dosages and see the nutrition facts on your vitamin label to see how it compares.
