Trying to lose about 10 more pounds. Would fuel pull breakfasts be a good idea? And if so what are your favorite fuel pull breakfasts?

I have the cookie bowl oatmeal at least once a week, just cause I like it.

Sure, you could have a Big Boy Smoothie or an egg white scramble. To shed pounds, Fuel PUll lunches are even better think - Loaded Fotato Soup or Konjac Noodles - yum!
