Those look really yummy! I am still learning the plan but I would think those would be an S. I would switch out the oil however, to a healthier choice. Perhaps coconut oil?

Yes, those would be a great S. It would be preferable to use a different oil though. You could just use butter, or coconut oil if you like. Louanna brand coconut oil from Wal-Mart would be good for this, as it doesn't have a coconut taste like extra virgin coconut oil.

Forgot about the oil, I haven't bought vegetable oil in so many years I just substitute automatically We just use a bit of butter, but most of the time I don't use any fat they don't need it with the water that comes out of the mushrooms. I was hoping you all would think they were plan approved, because they are very yummy!
