I am on day 3 and still learning. What are the recommended portion sizes for S meals? For E meals? I don't want to over eat and sabotage my results. Thank you!

Apart from your carbs portions in E meals, there's really not much you need to measure out in regard to portion sizes. Listen to your body and be reasonable. But also enjoy your food. You don't need to be restricted. You also don't want to gorge on calories, but you don't really need to count them either. Just be reasonable.
The only things you should measure or be careful of are:
Nuts and nut butters - treat them with respect since they are very calorie dense. Stick to a small handful or two of nuts, and just a Tbsp or two of nut butter at a time.
E carbs portions - 30-45 grams of carbs per meal, to stay at healthy blood sugar levels. Measurements are given at the end of the Energizing Meal chapter.
S Helper - adding about 15 grams of carbs to an S meal makes it an S Helper. More than that amount might put you in crossover mode.
If you're still hungry after your plate of food, think about if you've really eaten enough or not. Maybe you just need more food. You can go ahead and get some more. But if you've had a very rich, heavy meal, maybe you could just add a low-calorie fuel pull snack or dessert to the end of your meal to avoid calorie abuse. Don't be too worried about your portions, other than not eating past the recommended amount of carbs. Enjoy the freedom of eating this way.

Couldn't have said that better. Telling someone how much to eat is not our place. You will start to get a feel for how much to eat soon and start trusting yourself more. We all have different needs and appetites. Cells that are not loaded with excess glucose will usually start to signal "full" more efficiently.

I've noticed that!! The first week I ate a lot more than I have the last two weeks. Then there are just days that I'm hungry. It's great to have FP snacks around on those days!

Thanks ladies! This is so helpful, I know I have days where I am way more hungry (probably hormonal).
