Ok, I got my week planned out last night. If I stay on this, I'll be happy even if I'm not losing because I will at least know that I'm doing the right things to get there and my body will catch up!
Monday- E breakfast- cottage blueberry oatmeal, coffee with flax milk (flax milk does not froth, in case anyone else was curious)p 230 E lunch- leftover dreamfield pasta with an italian spinach bake (very small pasta portion) FP snack- Frappa S Dinner out with friends
Tuesday S breakfast- eggs and chicken sausage, coffee with half and half FP Lunch on the go- Big Boy Smoothie p242 E Snack- 1 apple and almond butter E Dinner- Finishing the dreamfields italian bake leftovers
Wednesday FP Breakfast Cookie Bowl Oatmeal p232 E Lunch- Chick Fil A Salad FP snack- Frappa S Dinner- Spinach Quiche
Thursday FP- Cookie Bowl Oatmeal S Lunch- Leftover Quiche FP snack- Frappa S Dinner- Boneless Wings p324 and salad
Friday S Breakfast- eggs and chicken sausage with coffee and half and half E lunch- chicken and veggie soup Fp snack Frappa D out and somewhat off plan, sushi with my Sweetie
Saturday FP B- Cookie Bowl Oatmeal E lunch- salad FP snack- Lemon Mousse p368 S Dinner
