I made Nighty Night Custard and added a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Yum! Tasted like my Nana's rice pudding! That inspired this recipie: Cook desired amount of quinoa, based on if it's E or E helper. (Pearl, can a small amount make it FP?) Make custard. trimhealthymama.freeforums.net/index.cgi?board=chats&action=display&thread=482Add cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Pour custard in a bowl and add quiona Enjoy!

Not sure about the quinoa but I am definitely going to try some cinnamon and nutmeg in my next batch of nighty night custard.

All I have to say is YUM Blessed Beyond Measure. I made the nighty night custard tonight and added some cinnamon and nutmeg. I've eaten it a few times and played around with the vanilla, salt and sweetener but wasn't really thrilled with the taste. Can't believe I didn't think about adding some cinnamon or nutmeg....but wow!!! it turned it from being ho hum....to yum yum!!

Cinnamon nutmeg is our favorite with several twists of sea salt to balance the sweetness. Love the idea of adding quinoa for an E snack!
