I just started your plan a week ago and it's going very well. I have been eating Chobani yogurt that is blueberry or strawberry flavored. I noticed it has around 26 carbs per serving. Is this acceptable to eat for breakfast or do I have to eat plain greek yogurt mixed with natural sweetener with fruit? I am in such a rush in the morning to get to work and need something very quick and easy to throw in my bag. I am not a fan of plain greek yogurt!

Flavored yogurts are not on plan since they have added sugar. I like to put some plain Greek yogurt in a container, add some vanilla and stevia, and throw some frozen berries on it the night before, so they're thawed in the morning, or keep thawed berries in the fridge to mix in whenever. That's a quick, easy way to have healthier (and more slimming) flavored yogurt.
