Ok, I'm having a little dilemma! I want to eat E breakfast but i cannot figure out a way to make my coffee that pairs with it. I used flavored creamer or cream and sugar before starting THM. I'm now ok with half/half or cream with a little stevia with an S meal, i use at least a good Tbls or more so the teaspoon of fat isn't going to work. I tried almond milk and a touch of cream for E meals but i don't at all. I like almond milk just not in my coffee. Any suggestions so i may enjoy my coffee with E meals? I thought of just having a green tea but i want to have my coffee with an E breakfast to fuel morning workouts.

Depending on your purism standards, they do make fat free half and half. Otherwise, do you think you can get by with a tsp or so in your coffee? There are about 2 grams of fat in one TB, so I don't think that a tsp of half and half in your coffee should hurt too much with an E meal if you just can't substitute your coffee and cream with anything else. (You could also try 1 tsp of half and half mixed with some water to help bulk it a little.)

I've been throwing hot coffee in the blender w/ protein powder & a tsp of cream & stevia. It's really yummy & frothy & creamy.
