Sounds good! I'm tempted to try coating it with two layers of skinny chocolate.

Looks like these set firm in the freezer...so wondering what the baking soda is for?

I dipped these in skinny chocolate last time I made them and they were awesome! I put them in an 8x8 glass baking dish. Next time I will line the dish with aluminum foil before hand so I don't have to scrap the skinny chocolate off the pan with a metal spatula.

I like them too! I put skinny chocolte chips in them. I didn't care for the baking powder though. I'll leave it out or add less next time.

Do you guys think it would be ok to use unflavored whey protein? I don't have vanilla flavored so I guess I'm curios to how much can you really taste it...

I don't see why not. You could always add vanilla.

Do you add the skinny chocolate after setting in the freezer or all at one time?

Do you add the skinny chocolate after setting in the freezer or all at one time? I actually just posted this on my blog... prayworkeat.com/mini-peanut-butter-protein-bars/ I freeze the bars for about 30 min and then dip them in skinny chocolate.
