I am allergic to gluten, dairy and eggs, so breakfasts are seeming a little hard. I have been eating a chicken sausage with onions and greens, but I need some other ideas too. I am nursing and hungry 60-90 minutes later! Can anyone help?!

How about gluten-free oats or potatoes? There are also several quinoa breakfast recipes in the book. Could you make secret agent brownie cake with egg substitute? The beans in it could be a protein source.

Smoothies with a plan approved protein powder could be a great option. And like sarahbeth said, you could try some of the oatmeal or quinoa breakfast recipes.
