Hi everyone! I found this recipe, too! I didn't realize someone had posted already so was excited to see it already here. I did the recipe on line which was 1 cup Erythritol and 1/2 tsp Pure Stevia Extract. I got both on line (AMAZON). NOW FOODS has the Erythritol. The recipe on line from healthyindulgences.net also mentioned adding into the mix some Xylitol. This is also available in bulk on AMAZON. I love it! So much cheaper than the Truvia brand and tastes the same to me. You can tweek to your taste. YAY!

Glad you like the ratios too. It works great for me. I found a powdered erythritol that I want to get so I can mix up some "truvia" that is already ground up for the desserts. I dont always feel like grinding it up everytime I want to make those recipes. It costs just a little bit more, but will be much more convienent.

Yes.. I have the ground erythritol. Its fabulous! I'm going to buy more today. I tried the xylitol. I like that the erythritol is better for my tummy.. No bloating. Yay!

I use the old Truvia tub container as well. It holds about 1 1/2 cups erythritol and 1 to 2 tsp pure stevie extract powder. It's awesome in everything you'd use sugar in from coffee to baking to cooking. We love it!

Before sweetblend, I was making my own truvia. I bought truvia once and realized it was way too expensive to keep up with.
