I bought the ebook today and I can't find it anywhere. I downloaded it first to my computer, not realizing it would then be on my computer. I can see the download on my computer, but it won't open. I click it and double-click it, nothing happens.
I downloaded it onto my Kindle and I get a message saying it has downloaded. It's nowhere to be found.

But I'm happy to try this one too. Whatever gets me the book I paid for.  The ebook will have a cover just like the book, right? I emailed the document to my Kindle so at least I could have the text. The cover shows up as plain white with black text. I'm hoping the ebook cover will look like the book cover so I can find it easily. |

Ginerly, I didn't realize you had ordered the book from the Above Rubies website. We have nothing to do with their customer service but I know they will also help you sort it out. Joe is a great guy. Above Rubies is a ministry so their volunteers are not available over weekends. Joe will be available after the weekend for you.

Will this work on my Android phone? If you have Amazon's Kindle App on your phone and you have the book downloaded to your pc- then, you can connect your android phone to the computer (with your usb charger cable). Open the android's folder to view files -> open the kindle folder -> drag the book file (.mobi) from the folder where it is downloaded on your pc into the kindle folder on your android phone. That's how to load it onto your phone. |

Love the e-book for my ipad. LOVE the index! My only complaint is that the Chapters only list the number, not the title. I loaned out my hard copy to my mom so I dont have that to reference, but I dont know what chapter is what by the number. If I want to look up the chapter on foundation foods, I have to guess what chapter number that is, or we are doing the fuel cycle and I cant remember what chapter number that is to look it up fast. I have to guess and then page to the next one. Otherwise, awesome!

Hi, I am *thinking* very seriously about getting the ebook because I really want the book but $35 just seems so much more than $19.95 (silly I know!). I will be using it on a Kindle Fire and Fire HD- which would be best to get, the pdf or the Kindle version?

Kindle has special features search ability but many like the pdf. Ask thm@welbystreet.com and our customer service will help you decide.

I own and love the 30 ton book, I try to take it with me everywhere ( I think most of the weight loss actually comes from lugging that thing around)I'm afraid something is going to happen to my book ( and I would cry for days, it's like my buddy) and I won't have my recipes anymore. If I bought the pdf version would I be able to print out all the recipes?

I just got the kindle version earlier this week and could NOT put it down! Thank you so much for making THM available for e-readers... if not, I probably would not have been able to purchase it. Just began my THM journey, and I am very excited!  |

Yes, cpd1302, you can print out recipes from the pdf version, it also has a search option.
