For those of you hesitant to jump in the waters and try the speedy thin crust because the ingredients don't seem like that could really make a decent pizza crust, hesitate no more! I just made this crust because everyone was having pizza for the superbowl and I wanted pizza too. I didn't have time to try the Fooled Ya crust ( I can't wait to try that though), so I just bit the bullet and decided to try this. It really is a pretty fast crust. It also has a chewier, cheesier, weirder in a good way, different, hard to describe, but lovely, texture. (that was very helpful, wasn't it?? : I used the flax and almond flour, and I flipped it at 15 min. as recommended I will definitely use this crust next time I need a quick pizza.

Thanks for the encouragement, I haven't tried either of the crusts, my children would be happy if I did soon

Love that pizza! I have not made the Fooled Ya crust yet because I love the Speedy one so much. I made pizza Friday evening for my sons 16th birthday and I made Speedy for my husband and I. We did not feel deprived at all, it is so yum. I like the "speedy" part of it, too.
