Hello I started my sourdough starter w/fresh ground rye flour last Friday & due to sleepless nights caring for sick kiddos & a fussy, teething baby, I forgot to feed the starter Tues. & Thurs. What do I do? I dont want to waste it! Thanks

I'd just keep going (feeding it) and see what happens. Ours turned out really well, I'd never done the wild yeast thing before. My husband wasn't sure it would work because it's so hot here (Australian summer), but there were no problems...besides it making the room it was in smell like aged cheese!
