Would this be considere a heavy S dessert? It is soo good! But I don't want to over do it.

everything in moderation, eh? I find I get full quickly with many of these recipes, so just listen to your body and not your mind (ie--I WANT ALL THIS FOOD), instead listen to your body, I am full, enough.

yes, it is heavy due to the cream cheese and nuts. Best to eat small amounts and savor.

So i guess it's a problem that I eat like the whole serving? It's probably a cup's worth or so once it's all blended up...sometimes I share with my hubby. I think I have a problem with this dessert. A daily one...

I wouldn't eat it daily. Best to throw in some lighter desserts to change things up. IF you eat this after a meal too often that could defenitely stall some people. Others could handle it. We are all different. But I would give it a break and try some other things this week if it were stalling me.
