i forgot to come back and post. I did rinse and I thought they still smelled a bit fishy but they didn't taste fishy. i thought the texture was a bit weird but i have never had any kind of chinese noodles before. I had my husband try it and he said it was normal texture. I put way too much lemon(I didn't have any lime) juice in and forgot the peanut flour and added it in last so my eggs had this powdery coating on them!!!!! I ate it but it wasn't very good thanks to me!!!! I will make them again if i can find them cheaper in the asian store. I bought these at a grocery and they were a bit pricey for eating often.

Sriracha sauce is found in the Asian aisle, near the Thai Chili Paste, hoisin sauce, Oyster Sauce, etc.
Susieq, do you have a link to the YouTube video you recommend?

Amy, I knew I should have tried to figure out how to copy and paste that link over here, but I am not too great with computer stuff. I'll have to get my husband to show me how. I've just got an iPhone so I have not learned a whole lot about all these little tricks so I wrote it down and here it is. www.youtube.com/watch?v=79u2AA8xx8o&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Amy, I was surprised that it wasn't available so I just tried and the first time it said it was unavailable so i tried again and then it worked for me. She does such a good job and the recipe sounds great (even though I don't have my book yet, I really hope it's plan approved). Maybe if you try it twice in a row as I did it might work.

I think the konjac ones, at least the ones I have purchased, are chewy, not really slimy how I have eaten them.

It didn't work for me. I'll try again later.
