I am new, just starting. I am used to having a "green shake" in the morning. I am wondering if this qualifies as e meal? It contains: 1/8 c. flax seed ground, whey powder, 1/2 apple, 1/2 orange, frozen berries, lots of kale, parsley and/or spinach. No dairy. Should I minimize the fruit? or is this ok?

I think the fruit would be an E but flax is an S. So that would put it into crossover. :-(

Have you had a chance to try Earthmilk from the book? It's really good & a great green smoothie alternative.
