Ate a couple cheesesticks w/ supper. Then didn't want an apple and cheesesticks later for my evening snack. I wanted coconut oil, and chocolate. What's up with the chocolate? I've never been one to crave it.... So, I mixed up some coconut oil, cocoa powder, stevia, and threw in some roasted salted almonds. It was good, but still hungry, so I followed that with almond milk and protein powder. Hit the spot.

Yesterday's menu got 'messed up'. Did a bunch of cooking, etc. So, my last two snacks were different, plus an extra snack when company came, and desert at lunch. All on plan... except for eating a little too much, more crossovers, and an extra snack in the afternoon.
