Cashen10, I'm so happy for you that you were able to stick to your plan a full 3 weeks. I've enjoyed reading your posts and seeing your menus, they have sounded so tasty and a nice variety. I could just picture it in my head. I'm looking forward to reading your results and comments on this experience. I have 7 children and some days it's hard to figure out enough variety. I'm hoping to do some serious grocery shopping. I've been quite creative with the limited variety in my grocery budget, but God surprises me often enough that its still always an adventure.

Thank you susieq! I agree with trying to find enough variety with a large family. Sometimes it seems daunting & I give in & let them eat the foods I wouldn't touch but I also know that God is watching over these little ones & I do what I can to feed them well with the food we can afford & let God handle the rest.
I just wanted to post my end perspective of this FC experience. This is what I posted on the facebook FC page since one of the other Administrators was collecting testimonies but wanted you to be able to see it also & encourage you to post yours here as well.
3 weeks & 1 extra Deep S day completed! (Hiding my head in shame) I forgot to measure . I am down 2.5 lbs & that is great considering the no-loss-at-all-scale-was-going-the-wrong-direction trend I had been on since Sept. But I have at least 2 pairs of pants that were tight 3 weeks ago that are now really loose. And hubby said I look like I'm loosing weight. I'll take it! But this FC was about so much more than just losing weight. After being stalled for so long I started to forget why I was doing this, I remember now. I started to think it didn't matter if I stuck to plan or not, I wasn't loosing anyway. Now I not only believe it matters but want to eat the THM way for my health. Even if I never lose another pound I love the clarity of mind and the freedom to eat a variety of amazing, satisfying, & energizing foods without being controlled by a sugar or carb addiction. I have found food freedom!
I was relying on Heavy S for the majority of my meals with the token E in there 3 times a week. Drinking way too much cream in my coffee ALL morning & then SURPRISE I wasn't hungry for breakfast. When I started this FC I knew my first post FC meal would be something Heavy S with peanut butter followed shortly after with cheese but guess what I chose for breakfast this morning? Overnight Peaches & Cream Oatmeal & it was soooo good. After the first week I looked forward to the E days & found that 2 E days is not enough to eat all the yummy E meals I want to eat.
And my dear FP friend, I had almost completely omitted this jewel from my meal options recently. I have a renewed respect & love for FP. I think tonight's dinner is going to be FP Transformer Cheese Sauce Soup w/ chicken, broccoli, & konjac noodles w/ one of Sheri Graham's FP cakes for dessert.
And can I be perfectly honest here, I don't remember EVER eating a Light S meal on purpose.
Since recommitting to follow the plan more diligently I don't feel more restricted, I feel more free in my food choices. I can whole-heartedly proclaim that I eat better on THM then I ever did before. The variety of recipes and options would be almost overwhelming if it wasn't so much fun!
And last, but most important, this group has really helped me grow as a person & learn more than I ever thought I could in these 3 short weeks. The respect, support, & encouragement in this little group is like nothing I have encountered before. I am blessed and grateful beyond words to have walked these past 3 weeks with all of you precious THM sisters. I wish you all the very best as we return to freestyling. Just remember that our little FC group is still here & I am already looking forward to the next time we meet to walk this FC path, arm in arm, helping each other so we all finish strong.

Great job! I'm working on a two week fuel cycle and am on day three. I've been doing fine, but I had no idea what to eat because of it being very restrictive so my three days have been about the same everyday and very boring.I was so happy to see your week plan. It gave me so many ideas and I'm looking forward to the deep S days for next week.

Oh good! I'm glad we could help with some more ideas! One of my fav things about the food was trying new recipes!
