Love my kettlebells! When you have a second, can you give me the title to the Bob Harper DVD with the leg exercise on it?

What weight are the kettlebells? You only need one, right? My husband has bought me one for Christmas but I think it is only 2kg.

Serene now uses a 25 pounder. But she started out at much less. Since you are swinging, you can start out at 15 pounds.

Oh thanks. A 2kg is way under weight then!

25 or even 15 sounds like a lot! What about for a beginner teen?

Those weights should be good for a beginner teen, actually. You won't be using them exactly the same as traditional dumbbells, so the weight won't feel like quite as much as it sounds.

I bought KettleWorx from Target. It came with a 5lb'r and the exercised are so easy that I don't think I'm getting much of a workout. From reading these other posts it looks like I may need a much heavier kettlebell. Also, you have several titles mentioned in the back of THM...since I'm on a budget, which would you recommend as the best workout for a beginner?
