HI, this is my first time posting a question...hope i am doing this right! I just want to make sure that xylitol is ok to use. I have some truvia, nunaturals stevia and xylitol. I mix them up as they all have a bit of a different taste and I am experimenting with them all. I think i saw somewhere in the book that xylitol is ok but them all the recipes never mention it, so i want to be sure! Thanks again...day 5 on the plan and doing pretty well so far Suzanne

As far as I know xylitol is ok. I use it in some recipes but mostly I use ours to help prevent tooth decay in the children.

So I used xylitol in the shinny choc and it didn't work very well very grainy!Any suggestions?

It would need to be ground finely in a coffee grinder.

I agree it works much better ground. I bo a big batch in the vitamix and then keep it in a container on the counter.
