I know some mamas have tried this. I am looking for something I can bring along in my purse to add to coffee when dh and I are out. I notice that our local health food store is stocking Sweet Leaf tabs in a little tin. Are these any good? How do they compare with NuNaturals stevia? We will continue to use NN at home. We have gotten used to good stevia without an aftertaste!

I'm not sure about the tabs but the Sweet Leaf drops are great. I bring it along when I know I'm going out. My favorite is 3 or 4 drops of hazelnut flavored stevia in Godiva choc truffle coffee w/ cream. It's like Nutella in a cup, yum!

I tried Sweet Leaf first and I didn't like the taste - it was the ones in the little packets. Could be worth a try tho! I am going to make my own little take-along packets of Nustevia...if I ever get pulled over tho, it may look a bit suspicious carrying around little baggies of white powder tho.

alicat825: caddaway, I haven't been officially diagnosed but my nutritionist says I have a good chance of having it. THM really helps with it, as long as you balance the S, E, and FP meals. You can't go overboard with any of them

alicat825: choose which type of meals you are going to eat for each meal. Example: I eat E in the morning, FP snacks, S for lunch, and S for dinner
