Just wondering if anyone has a good THM approved recipe for chocolate chip cookies? Or any other cookie recipes would be great too! Thanks.

Thank you - I will try both of these recipes! we are in the middle of a move interstate (Australia), but will be a priority once we are all set up again

Yes my question would be.. wouldn't the skinny choc just melt when in the oven?

Misty, I'm not sure about what the other ladies did, but when I tried making an S style chocolate chip cookie recipe, for the chips I melted down unsweetened baking chocolate, added nustevia, and froze it and cut it into chunks before adding it to the batter. A little more work and dishes (and it got a little messy cutting it into chunks as it melted a little) but I was feeling ambitious that day

I haven't tried it yet but read about using cocoa nibs instead of choc chips. It seems like a good no-melt idea.
