It's Christmas time, and I've been stocking up on Christmas goodies! I don't cheat very much, even during the holidays (sometimes my family calls me the food Nazi) so you can bet that all of my Christmas treats are healthy and fit the THM plan. But they're so delicious that I don't feel like I'm missing out at all. Sometimes I think the rest of my family are the real ones missing out. =) Here I made some Almond Bark, and Coconut Almond Bark, using the Skinny Chocolate recipe as a base. They're both super easy, and I consider them a sort of traditional holiday treat. They look so festive with the add-ins. Almond Bark - When I first put the Skinny Chocolate in the dish, I sprinkled on some whole, dry roasted almonds (lightly salted with sea salt), and stuck it in the freezer for a few minutes to set just slightly. Then, I sprinkled some hemp seeds over it, to make it look more festive! Coconut Bark - I mixed some shredded coconut in with the Skinny Chocolate. After I poured it in a pan, I sprinkled some chopped, dry roasted almonds all over it, and stuck it in the freezer. Super easy and super yummy. The regular Almond Bark especially is my favorite!

Looks amazing. I am not really a food nazi, don't mind cheating now and then but I never really feel the need lately. I'm like you and feel like everyone not eating plan food is missing out on the good stuff.
