I just ate a delicious pizza with a crust that was like a real thin crust pizza! I simply made bread in a mug and added some garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the mix. I spread it out along the bottom of a greased Pyrex dish and cooked for one minute. Then I put it on a greased cookie sheet to crisp up while preparing the toppings. Pulled it out, topped the pizza and put it back in til the cheese melted. I just may eat pizza everyday!

This looks like a great pizza crust. I needed a more budget friendly crust b/c Joseph's pitas are getting a bit pricey. I don't remember reading it in the book so as far as I'm concerned it's your brilliant idea .
