Hi Jayne
That sounds like quite a challenge. I have 6 children and thankfully have never had to cope with that. I've read thru most of the book and like the idea in theory but I'm not sure how its going to work out in practice! Have you bought all the unusual ingredients?
Kind regards Susan

Hi, I'm in the UK and have been following the plan for a while now. I did the plan initially without any of the extras but I would recommend getting the Nunaturals pure white stevia extract it makes things so much easier to have sweet treats. Are you on the THM UK Facebook group? It's a really great group with lots of helpful mamas who are following the plan.

Yes I've recently joined the THM UK Facebook group which I've found very helpful. I've bought some of the ingredients but can't quite bring myself to buy the sweetener! Just the name conjours up thoughts of nasty after tastes ;-)

Hi, Im also in the uk and would love to chat to others who live here too. I have just joined the facebook page for uk people but I like this forum as I try to avoid facebook if I can and I like the privacy of this forum. I am in Yorkshire.

Meant to say that I haven't bought the book yet as we are struggling with our budget at the moment as we are self employed and things have been slow. I am hoping to save up for it (unless anyone is selling one second hand here?) and then to get started. My husband and I have been married 12 years but haven't been blessed with any children yet and are looking at this plan to see if it might help regulate my hormones and help with some health issues and increase our chances of conceiving. x

Hi All
I've just joined and I've been buying some of the food from Amazon, I'm off to the shops today to see if I can find some of the others. I haven't told my husband yet as he'll think this is another diet "fad" I'm trying, lol.
So grateful its the weekend, yippee!
Tess
