I really wanted an S or FP breakfast so I could have a creamy coffee, but had nothing prepped and no eggs or meat left... Greek Pudding / Greek Treat to the rescue! I mixed about 3/4 cup greek yogurt, 1/8 cup almond milk, 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter and a heaping tsp of raw cacao powder. So yummy and satisfying! The recipe in the book calls for a full scoop of the powder but I felt like it might be too sweet for my taste if I did. I made my kids oatmeal with peanut butter today and the smell was making it hard not to nibble, so using it in my own breakfast helped me stay away

That sounds sooo yummy, i dont have any protein powder yet (sooo overpriced here in MX) , but may try this withut the protein powder!
