i was just wondering what your perspectives were about eating after dinner. if your blood sugar isn't being spiked then is there a time where you would cut off meals prior to bedtime or not? thank you. the phil campbell workouts have me starving continually.

No hard and fast rules there. If you are nursing, it will be likely you will need a snack before bed. If not, it's best not to eat too heavy in the evening after supper but if you are hungry, a Fuel Pull snack will be fine. Have you tried our Hot custard recipe? That's good in the evening as are puddings, smoothies etc.

thanks pearl. yes, nursing. thanks for the fuel pull recommendation, i'll need to try the custard. just made the pudding for the first time and had some. ingenius. i first learned about the phil campbell through mercola (peak 8) and when your book had the same program i was so encouraged. mercola recommends to stop eating 3 hours before bed but alas, he's not nursing thanks for your help.
