Just wondering if any of you could help me come up with a way of making a THM tiramisu? I think it might be possible with skim ricotta, 0% greek yogurt or cottage cheese, but I'm unsure how make the sponge base (unless I uses slices of cake-in-a-mug, which would make the recipe an S meal). I'd really appreciate any thoughts!

I wonder if you can use vanilla Muffin in a bowl recipe (FP) dipped in stevia sweetened black coffee, layered w/ ricotta or whipped cottage cheese, vanilla, stevia, cocoa powder & cinnamon. This could be a great FP dessert...or go S w/ Cake in a Mug & higher fat filling. I'm doing a FP day so maybe I will try a FP version. If it turns out I'll let you know. I love tiramisu!

Yes, it's a delicious dessert! Both of those options sound brilliant - thank you. Let me know how yours turns out.

I have made the Oopsie Rolls before and their texture seemed similar to ladyfingers to me

That's also a good idea - I'll have to try that too.
