Last night, I made the coconut biscuit recipe from the book but instead of curry powder, I used garlic powder. I added shredded cheddar cheese and they are an awesome substitute for the garlic cheese biscuits that we love to get at Red Lobster. They smelled amazing while they baked! I didn't get a picture, but they look like the real thing too. I may or may not have eaten--ahem--three of them in one sitting.

Do you mean the coconut biscuit recipe? using dried coconut? does it have a coconut flavor?

Yep, I think they're called country biscuits or something like that. They have a little bit of a coconut flavor, but it's not overpowering...to me, anyway. The rest of my family didn't really like them, but I LOVED them.
