On FB yesterday someone posted an idea for breakfast: 1/2 cup Nonfat Greek yoguft 1 T cocoa powder 3/4 T defatted peanut flour 1 T chia seeds 1/2 T unsweetened coconut flakes 1 T cream
When I entered this on my fitness pal, here are the stats: Calories 223, Carbs 18, Fat 12, Protein 15, Fiber 5
When I deduct the fiber it is still too many carbs for an S. Does this make it a crossover? I'm frustrated because I'm trying follow the plan, but I think I am eating too much. The yogurt has 9 carbs and the chia seeds have 5 carbs. Do I not count those?

Well, the fat makes it S. Don't count the carbs in the yogurt, but are you sure there are 9 in half a cup? The 0% I use (Fage) has 9 in a full cup.
Did you try it? I am thinking it might be pretty dry with all the dry ingredients going into the yogurt, I would be curious to know how you liked it.
