Today for lunch I was again so pampered and my taste buds so happy! I had about 3 ozs. of salmon left over from yesterday. I chopped it up and warmed it in a skillet with a couple splashes of chicken broth. In another skillet I sauteed some sliced cabbage. I took an Egg White Wrap and put about a tablespoon of mayo down the middle. Then I tossed some of the sauteed cabbage with the warmed-up fish and sprinkled some cumin, garlic, and braggs on. After I filled the wrap with this mixture, I was ready to eat. I also had a stuffed, raw pepper ready as a side. I took 1 oz. of lite cream cheese and stirred in a small amount of chopped walnuts, garlic powder, pink salt, and chipotle powder. This is what filled my pepper half. Yum, YUM!!!!

That pepper looks amazing! My grocery store has bell peppers on sale for 4 for $1 and now I know what I'm going to do with them!
