I need a little help in how to make my coffee. I like putting sugar AND hazelnut cream in it. But obviously those are not plan approved. I've tried coffee with Stevia and cream. And also added a bit of coconut oil at one point. But I just don't LOVE the taste. And I really want to. I was wondering if adding extracts is approved. Or maybe adding hazelnut milk instead of cream? I have hazelnut coffee beans, but its still not strong enough taste for me. Or if you guys could tell me how you prepare your coffee. I've tried to find how Peal and Serene (I'm more of a Serene's style) make their coffee. I really need help

Extracts are just fine. Also, NOW foods makes a liquid stevia sweetener, that is hazelnut flavored, as does SweetLeaf. I was just thinking of trying some myself I'm not sure about the hazelnut milk, it might be too high in fat to have with you S and FP?

My fav THM friendly coffee is Godiva Chocolate Truffle coffee w/ hazelnut stevia & heavy cream. This really helped me transition away from sugar.

My favorite coffee creamer is French Vanilla. Any ideas how to make that for THM?

I would try some stevia drops of vanilla, there might even be a French vanilla. I think that with a spot of heavy cream might do the trick

Thanks! Where do I find stevia vanilla? Our small town grocery stores don't have much THM items!

You can order it from Amazon if no one in your area carries it. I don't like my coffee sweetened, but I love the texture that heavy cream imparts! Makes my coffee seem like even more of a treat.

I came across Coffee Natural Flavors by Bakto Flavors on Amazon. Does anyone know if these are plan-approved or how to find nutrition facts on them?
