I kind of wish I would have gotten the book - I usually skip around and don't sit and read completely through - and am missing just paging through the hard copy. It's kind of frustrating me to page through 650 pages....but I will get there! I do love the price but for practical purposes, should have gotten the book !
Anyway, I'm desperate to get going and set up my menu while trying to cover all of the book. I want to do it right too! Reading so many different variations on menus just overwhelms me. I do think it is good though because once I catch on I won't get sick of it...but right now, I need something I can just repeat everyday. I'm confused with all the FP and the different kinds of S's and just need someone to tell me if I can just get going on this until I read more. My brain is fried right now!
I'm thinking:
Early morning breakfast (6 a.m.): Special Agent Brownie Cake (S) or Muffin in a Cup (S)
(*insert workout here - cardio and weights)
A.M. Snack (9 a.m.) : Fat Stripping Frappa
Lunch (noon): Progresso Light Soup (FP) or Salmon with salad/salad dressing
P.M. Snack (3 p.m.): Joseph's Pita and LC cheese ...or popcorn for on the go? ...or pudding ?
Supper: can I also do this again? Joseph's Pita and LC cheese ? (see P.M. Snack) (I'm going to be on the road a lot soon with volleyball games and need grab and go things to take)
How would you adjust this to work better? Can I repeat this menu everyday until I get this stuff figured out??

P.S. I should have entitled this "regret my kindle VERSION purchase"! I love my kindle when reading regular books. This is not a regular book - which I'm glad it isn't! One gets their money's worth!

I feel the same about my ebook purchase... however, the paper copy where I was looking was backordered. So, at least I'm getting a few weeks jump start where I would have had to wait.

Not all of the Progresso soups. Only some of the light versions, and as a back up. They're for the Drive Thru Sue types to have on occasion when it helps them.
